The syllabus will be our roadmap for studying Constitutional Law I and II for the 2017-18 academic year here at Lincoln Law School of San Jose. Please study carefully the section about class participation. The table of material (below) to be covered should be self-explanatory. Please note that in the DATE/Class # column there is a bracketed number. That represents the number of pages from the case book that will be covered in any given class. There is only one class in which 100 pages are assigned. Most classes only cover between 50 and 75 pages of material. This table is provided here for your convenience. Please be aware that changes may occur as the course progresses. Thank you.
The purpose of this blog is provide a common place for answers, resources, announcements and help. Some of the material provided will be administrative (e.g., assignment revisions, additional reading, exam schedule, syllabus, etc...) and some of the discussions will be on substantive ConLaw topics.
